Our History
Founded in May 1983, Norasil – Civil Construction Company, S.A., originated as a natural consequence of the professional trajectory of its Founder, Joaquim António Nogueira da Hora, a Civil Engineer with experience in various construction sectors. The company began its journey alongside the firm Nogueira da Hora – Real Estate Company, Ltd., founded in March 1983, both belonging to a group of family companies. From the beginning, Norasil focused on specializing in civil construction, expanding into specific areas and accumulating technical and human resources.
